Shipping policy

📦 Shipping Area

We currently ship within United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Sweden.


Delivery Time

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days, depending on demand and logistics.

Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date your order has been processed.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped



Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active.

 

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately, as they can come from different suppliers.

You may therefore receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries at different times.

 

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Current standard shipping rates are:

    • European Union: 49 SEK
    • Australia and United States: 6 USD


Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to:

  • High demand
  • Shipping disruptions
  • Customs processing

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will always assist you if any issues arise.


Customs & Duties

All prices on our website include VAT.

In most cases, no additional fees will be charged for deliveries within Sweden.


Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a fee may be charged to cover handling and shipping costs.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
