Shipping policy

We currently ship within United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Sweden.

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days, depending on demand and logistics.

Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date your order has been processed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately, as they can come from different suppliers.

You may therefore receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries at different times.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Current standard shipping rates are:
- European Union: 49 SEK
- Australia and United States: 6 USD

All prices on our website include VAT.

In most cases, no additional fees will be charged for deliveries within Sweden.

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a fee may be charged to cover handling and shipping costs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
