Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from GreenKitchen 🍃. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to request a return
Contact us at support@greenkitchen.se and include:
- Your name
- Order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
We will review your request and provide further instructions by email if your return is approved.
Return conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Returns must be approved by us before being sent
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost
- The return must be shipped within 14 days after approval
Current return shipping fees are:
- 49 SEK for returns from countries within the European Union
- 6 USD for returns from the United States and Australia
These amounts will be deducted from your refund if the return is approved.
💡 In some cases, we may offer a partial refund without requiring a return, depending on the situation.
Non-returnable items
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or consumable reasons
- Items marked as non-returnable (e.g. certain promotions)
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photo or video evidence.
We will offer:
- A full refund
No return is required in these cases.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, contact us and we will assist you with:

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and approved, or if a refund is otherwise granted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
